This PR reverts the merged PR #1543.
Together with @sergej-koscejev and @wsafonov it was decided that this change would affect the maintainability of the platform negatively and that this change is not wanted. There is no better workaround at the moment, and this would probably need to be implemented in MPS directly. For disabling intentions, it should be possible to disable them through settings->Editor->MPS-Intentions and ship the exported XML file of the preferences with an RCP.
